  • What are the technology and eligibility requirements to take an online course?

    You will need a computer or a mobile device, a stable internet connection, a recent version of a web browser, and access to common tools and applications such as email and a PDF viewer. There are no prerequisites for any of the courses. The course is delivered in English language only.

  • How long will the course take to finish?

    The Climate and Energy course is a one-day course. Similarly, the Solar PV Implementation Essentials course will take approximately 12 hours to complete in one sitting. However, this is stated only for reference. This is a self-paced course and users can log in and log out at any point and continue again from where they left off. The course is activated for 12 months.

  • How can I be benefitted from this course?

    Once you complete the Solar PV Implementation Essentials course and the certificate is issued, we will support you to link up with private companies in the renewable energy sector. Additionally, this course combines resources from various sources and streamlines them to real-world relevance. The resources that you would otherwise have to access from different institutions are brought together in one course. These resources support the industry experience that the authors want to share with the users.

  • Can I finish the course at my own pace? Are there deadlines?

  • Will I receive a certificate when I complete the courses?

    Upon completion of each of our courses, you will receive a digital certificate which can be downloaded in pdf. During the activation period of the course i.e. 12 months, you can log in anytime and access the course contents as well as download the certificate. Note that the certificate will be issued based on the full name during registration. If you don't complete the course within the enrollment time, you won't receive the certificate.

    The Solar PV Implementation Essentials course costs NPR 3,000 including VAT per individual. Note that the Climate and Energy introductory course is free and you can get started now!

  • Do I have to complete the Climate and Energy course before starting the Solar PV Implementation Essentials course?

    Not necessary. Once you pay, we will enable the Solar PV Implementation Essentials course for you to begin. However, we do recommend that you complete the Climate and Energy course to get an introduction.

  • How can I pay for the Solar PV Implementation Essentials course?
